One of the most unusual Biological Centers in the world is achieving wide fame. Located near Quebec City, it is a favorite with school children who get to be intimate with aquatic mammals and fish. The favorites, of course, are the seals --- especially at feeding time. Shots of fish underwater in aquarium, could pass for ocean or lake.
