In Germany they compete for the Europe Cup in, of all things, Curling. A little different from the Scottish Version....but fun ! Meanwhile, one and two-men bobsledders tune up for the Olympics. This is a great sport -- to watch from the sidelines. Germany Bottom shots of people and the Curling stone sliding on the ice. MS - A team member sliding the stone on the ice CUS - Two pretty ladies watching the game LOHS - Fans of the sport standing and watching the games CUS - A lady slides her Curling stone. MCUS - Young school age kids, maybe first or second grade participating in a game of Curling. MS - Bobsleders zooming down the track of ice with nothing more than a helmet to protect them. MS - Track keepers sweeping the ice. MS - Bob sliders taking on the track at a fast speed and losing it as they fall off their sleds MS - A sled coming down the track at a very fast speed with no sliders on it.
