Carnival in the Far East as the port city of Yokohama observes its 100th anniversary of entering into foreign trade with a five day festival, it's 15th such event. The massive masquerade parade is the big hit, complete with floats, girls, a dragon dance, kids and balloons. High Angle shot - Downtown Yokohama with throngs lining the street, banner stretching across the street and the start of the Parade.
