World Cup Skiing Competition takes place in Vail, Colorado. France leads with the incredible Jean-Claude Killy just squeezing by a scrappy Austrian team. Austria's Erika Schinegger places first in the Women's Down Hill. Killy has already won the Men's Cup. The U.S. finishes third place. Woman skier from Switzerland crosses the finish line. She looses her footing and tumbles in the rest of the way. Nancy Greene of Canada places second. She crosses the finish line again but the finish line is a challenge as she takes a tumble. In first place, Austria's Erika Schinegger (Erik Schinegger) crosses the finish line and holds on to her skis. She does not fall.
