At the First Canadian Winter Games in Quebec City, curling is one of the highlights. Originally, a Scottish Winter Sport, these teams from the Canadian provinces, both ladies and men, prove they're expert at the tricky slide and sweep competition. A Curling Stone gets polished with a straw broom. CU An intense looking woman with stone in hand slides it down the ice of the curling arena. MCU curling stone sliding down the track with sweepers, brooms in hand, sweeping the ice. A man and a woman feverishly sweep the ice as the curling stone slides down the icy track. One stone bumps another knocking the prior stone from its bull's eye position. A shot well executed and the sweepers do their job sweeping the ice. The stone lands on the outer rim of the bull's eye and that is curling.
