Experimental simulating landings on a test-flight machine at the University of California, help develop new runway lights for safer landings at airports covered by fog. A thick fog covers passenger jets docked at a terminal. An experimental lighting system is shown being tested. An aircraft simulator speeds down a conveyer into its' testing zone. Reflective paint and light bulbs line the runway. A fog machine sprays fake fog to test the effectiveness of system. A pilot appears unaffected by the bastardly machine that covers the runway with waves of artificial nuisance.
