The newest thing in airport safety, a nylon net to bring huge jets to a slow stop without passenger injury, is demonstrated. U.S. Carriers off Vietnam use a similar system. A metal skeleton of a passenger aircraft moves down a runway and crashes into a nylon net that had been stretched across its' runway. A close-up shows the net clinging to the engines on the craft's wings as it is brought to a stop.
