Vintage cars make a 50-mile run from London to Brighton to the cheers of thousands. The winner: a 1901 Panhard whose 73-year old driver was only seven when it was first built! A man lowers a checkered flag, and the first in a line of cars starts its' engine and begins the race. The cars are tiny, open-air antiques that look similar to clown cars, but without the elements of a circus. One of the cars paces a sports car as it passes by Parliament. Others follow. Another car must we partially pedaled.
