President Kennedy makes the formal dedication of Chicago's O'Hare Airport, already known as the world's busiest flying field. Later he drives through "the Loop" to a Civic luncheon at which he is to urge public support of his 10.3 billion dollar tax cut. Mayor Richard J. Daley is seen sitting next to President Kennedy in car. Chicago O'Hare airport and throngs of Kennedy supports turn out for the dedication. MOHS - Mayor Richard J.
