Blockade Lifted: President Reveals Red Plane Pull-out At his first news conference since the beginning of the Cuban Crisis, President Kennedy lifts the US Naval blockade of Cuba after Khrushchev gives his pledge that Soviet bombers will be out of Cuba in 30 days.
